Key Responsibilities:
Observability: Continuously observe production health dashboards in DataDog to detect anomalies or system disruptions.
Issue Triage: Rapidly assess and escalate technical problems to relevant teams while initiating mitigation steps.
Customer Support: Join critical customer calls to provide technical insights and ensure swift issue resolution.
Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present detailed weekly reports on project status, risks, and milestones using slides (PowerPoint).
Project Tracking: Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets) to track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
