Job Description

• Contribute to and execute on overall IT strategy to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Gather data, create process flow diagrams, capture design interfaces, document process maps, identify root cause to issues, provide solid solutions, analyze inputs and outputs, translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create functional documentation, JAD, screen designs, report layouts, interfaces, features, stories, use cases, data models and mapping, inputs, outputs, and test cases.
• Process mapping, SOP, FRD, SIT/UAT Scripting
• Experience on DocuSign Implementation, Salesforce integration and document the process
• Experience on MuleSoft and Informatica integrations and mapping of fields
• Facilitate, influence, and lead team-member peers in designing and defining solutions.
• Partners with the product owner and scrum master to assist with managing the product and sprint backlogs, Sprint Ceremonies.
• Recommend method and procedural changes. Define and document improvements.
• Collaborate with business partners and project teams to gather requirements, translate requirements into technical design, and implement solutions in RTB.
• Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
• Understand and synthesize business information, requirements, processes, and issues.
• Elicits information to form customer/business partner software product usage, customer behavior, or other business metrics.
• Design and develop workflow and functional diagrams to demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and internal teams, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps
