AMS Skills

• Receiving tickets/issues from business in AMS project
• Analyzing the ticket .
• Responsible for resolving the issue in time with in SLA.
• Testing and transporting changes to production environment
• Understanding of SLA's , incident management process and knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Very good communication skills (English) written and Verbal
• Work on call after office hours and during weekends on rotation basis
• ABAP Debugging knowledge preferred for functional consultants

HCM Skills

• Well versed with SAP HR and Payroll
• Defect resolution and defect analysis related to sap hr and sap payroll
• Designing, configuring, and testing SAP HCM modules
