Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and manage QA/QE projects across multiple testing types and methodologies. The role involves overseeing the end to end testing process for WebApps, EDI systems, APIs, and Microservices, while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and delivering high quality test outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Test Strategy & Management: Lead end to end testing efforts, including Smoke Testing, Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression, Test Automation, Performance Testing, UAT, and more. 
• Project Leadership: Serve as the single point of contact for all testing related deliverables and escalations. Lead and manage the QA team, coordinating workshops, review meetings, and stakeholder communications. 
• QA Process & Standards: Implement and monitor QA procedures and standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. 
• Test Planning & Execution: Oversee the creation of Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, and execution. Ensure timely reporting and documentation of testing progress. 
• Automation & CI/CD: Integrate test automation best practices into the testing lifecycle. Design and set up automated delivery pipelines (CI/CD/CT) for large enterprises. 
• Tools & Technologies: Utilize tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, GIT, Selenium, UFT, Postman, etc. for test management, automation, and reporting. 
• Metrics & Reporting: Establish testing metrics, KPIs, and SLAs. Monitor and implement corrective actions based on performance data. Prepare and publish PMO level status reports and dashboards. 
• Resource Management: Identify and manage current and future resource requirements. Mobilize resources based on project needs. 
• Tool/Framework Recommendations: Suggest tools, frameworks, and accelerators to optimize testing efforts. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor¿s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 
• Experience: 12+ years of hands on experience in QA/QE with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong background in leading testing efforts for web applications, EDI systems, APIs, and Microservices. 
• Skills: Expertise in testing processes, automation best practices, and tools (JIRA, Selenium, Jenkins, etc.). 
• Technical Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, test automation frameworks, and managing large scale testing projects. 
• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality delivery.
